New Owner at Rainbow Flair!

As you may, or may not know, due to some health issues, Rainbow Flair has been a great challenge for me over the past few years. One of the promises I gave you when you became part of our Rainbow Flair “family”, was that we would always be here to make sure your web needs were cared for. I have not lived up to that promise well recently.

First, I would like to THANK YOU for your patience, understanding and the love you’ve shown us over the past 12+ years. This is why, it is with mixed emotions, that I write today to inform you of the new ownership of Rainbow Flair. A little sad, because since we started our business in 2000, we have met so many new friends and associates and we have come to cherish most of you as dear friends. And happy to know I will be leaving you in capable and loving hands.

As we told each of you when we began our journey together, “We won’t leave you stranded”, as happens with a lot of part-time designers, so I am especially happy to introduce Janet Sannipoli, as the new owner of Rainbow Flair. Janet has been a valued resource of our business from the beginning, at that time having her own graphics design business, she was often the talent behind many of the logos and graphics that appear on your websites, and she is also a very talented web designer in her own right. In fact, our association with Janet predates Rainbow Flair by a good number of years, in that Dwight and she were friends and co-workers since the early ‘90’s and collaborated on many presentational graphics projects. She brings new life and talent to the business, that has been needed for some time, and those of you needing updates or revamped web sites could not be in better hands.

Janet is committed to serving the client with the same ‘full service’ business model that has served us so well thus far. From creative design, to securing your domain name and hosting your web site, we have full faith and confidence that she will continue our efforts to provide you with quality Internet presence, at a modest and fair price.

In fact, due to more recent technology, and requested by a few of you, Janet will be offering a new option, making your websites more client friendly so if you wish to do some of your own updates, such as maintain a blog, or upload pictures, she can help you. Of course, if you prefer to have Janet make the changes, or you just don’t have the time yourself, she will still offer updates and changes at a reasonable hourly rate.

Over the next few months, Janet will be getting to know each of you more personally, offering advice and updates that you may need. I strongly recommend Janet and I will personally vouch for her honesty and integrity.
